The Warrawee Lecture is an annual event proudly brought to you by Warrawee Anglican Church providing a marvellous opportunity for believers from all church backgrounds in Northern Sydney to benefit from the expertise of an eminent scholar on a particular aspect of our Christian faith.
In 2017 we welcome Rev. Dr Michael Stead, Bishop of South Sydney, and until 2015, Senior Minister of St James, Turramurra. Dr Stead will speak on the topic “What kind of ‘secular’ country is Australia? Freedom for Religion or from Religion?”
This event is free. Please register here for a seat:

We are a group of residents from Warrawee and surrounding suburbs. Some of us have come to know God through his Son, Jesus, some of us are still checking things out. We are all different ages and come from all different backgrounds. Many of us have kids at Warrawee Public School or Warrawee Playgroup.
Our desire is to live as followers of Christ. To love God, love each other and bless our community.
Join us this Christmas as we celebrate the greatest gift we can ever receive. At the special time of 9am we will be gathering together to explore how God came to us on that first Christmas to show us love and peace.
Carols on the lawn, a catered meal and some bubbly? Yes please!
Join us for Warrawee Community Carols where you can enjoy some family fun and sing carols to celebrate the birth of Jesus. This is a free community event, a variety of meals can be purchased from the club as well as a glass of champagne or soft drink.
You are welcome to arrive from 6:00pm for dinner on the lawn where you can purchase a glass of champagne and a meal. The Carols themselves begin around 7:00pm featuring the Warrawee Public School mixed choir.
What food & drink can I purchase?
Meals and drink, including champagne and soft drink, can be purchased at the Club. They will have a wide range of affordable and appropriate meals for adults and children.
We encourage you to walk as there is only limited parking available at the Bowling Club, and no parking is available on the Pacific Highway. If you need to drive you may wish to park on nearby Borambil St, Heydon Ave or Fox Valley Rd.
